Highway cafe’s breakfast will leave you ready to tackle any part of your day! Despite being only available from 6am- 2pm, it boasts a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. The best breakfast option had to be the BIG Green Chili scrambler. It gives you a spicy kick with jalapenos on top that’ll kickstart anyone’s morning! For Lunch I found The Texan as my go to since it got pulled pork on it along with the burger patty.
